Certain information may be collected directly by a third-party service provider acting on our behalf rather than being provided directly to Fragrance Resale.

Fragrance Resale generally connects Buyers and Sellers and does not itself sell the Listed Items offered by Sellers.

02.Payment Information

Fragrance Resale uses Stripe to process Buyer Marketplace Fees and other authorized marketplace charges. Sellers may receive item payments through integrated PayPal or permitted offline payment arrangements.

Users may be required to maintain a valid credit card, debit card or other approved payment method on file when necessary to pay applicable Fragrance Resale fees or purchase optional Services.

Your payment method may be used for authorized charges including:

• Applicable Buyer Marketplace Fees
• Optional listing upgrades
• Promotional features
• Other optional services or subscriptions, if offered
• Other marketplace fees or Services that you authorize

Complete payment card information may be transmitted directly to and securely stored by our third-party payment processor. Fragrance Resale generally does not need access to your complete payment card number in order to process authorized marketplace charges.

We may receive limited payment-related information from our payment processor, such as:

• Payment method type
• Card brand
• Last four digits of a card
• Expiration information
• Payment processor customer or payment method identifiers
• Transaction status
• Successful or declined payment information

Third-party payment processors process your information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

03.Payments Between Buyers and Sellers

Buyers pay Sellers directly for Listed Items through integrated PayPal, where available, or permitted offline payment arrangements accepted by the Seller, such as Venmo or Cash App. Fragrance Resale separately collects the Buyer Marketplace Fee through Stripe.

Depending on the payment method selected by the parties, transaction and payment information may be provided directly to an independent payment processor or payment service.

Fragrance Resale may receive limited information regarding a transaction when necessary to operate the marketplace, maintain transaction records, calculate applicable fees, prevent fraud or counterfeiting, or resolve marketplace issues.

Independent payment services are responsible for their own privacy practices, security procedures and handling of information submitted directly to them.

04.Communications and Messages

We may collect communications that you send through or regarding Fragrance Resale, including:

• Buyer and Seller messages
• Questions about listings
• Customer support requests
